Cool change knockoff...not VS or ON

I really want a knock off of this dress/skirt...does anyone know of any other ones versus the VS & Old Navy ones? I tried the Old Navy one on and it didn't look good as a skirt and the VS, I really am not into their colors that they offer.

OK I hate to sound negative, but my booty won't let me wear those forever 21 options, or that really cute color blocked one. I just saw one on the alloy webpage but it didn't list the dress??
