I am finishing up a take home exam and still have one paper to write and then I am done with school FOR GOOD - if i would flipping finish it that is! 


I must be in total self-destruct mode, I can't seem to quit procrastinating! I'm almost frantically procrastinating, if that is even possible! 


I'm also considering not even doing the one paper - because I'm pretty sure I'd pass the class anyway (that's also what the take home exam is for)


the only thing that would suck about that is it is in my major and my teacher would be very disappointed in me :(


 


but i think i like sleep better?

Number one, missy, is that with your current plan you are completely selling yourself short.  Don't do that; write the paper -all of them, and get yourself to work.


I can sympathize with procrastinating, but not with not getting the work done.  Now get too it! ;)

Girl I feel you!! I have one exam left on Sat and I can't seem to make myself study for it.  I only had 3 this whole week to take and its killing me to actually study for them.  I also will be done for good but that is making my motivation dwindle more and more every day!!

I am the same way, so believe me I understand.  You know you won't be able to sleep at night for a while if you don't just do it.  So get it done and even though it won't be your best work, you will know that you can get a decent paper out in crunched time...which is what procrastination rush is all about...like somehow having to prove to yourself that you don't "need" extra time to get things done.  It's a silly disease, this procrastination.  Gotta love it.

I do this. I think it has something to do with not wanting to deal with what happens when it's done. Because a paper is pretty manageable, but the rest-of-your-freaking-life is not. I'm freaking out about my summer plans right now too because I miss the structure of school. You'll be fine. Just finish it - it will feel awesome once it's done. I swear...

That's me. Right now. Last paper of college is due tomorrow at 3 and I have written one paragraph. And it has to be 10 pages. UGHHHHHHHH. Looooong night ahead. Good luck Indiekitten, I know we'll both rock it out
