5/11 diet and excercise

I've been slacking so I figured I'd start the thread today.


B: coffee and a cran-bran vitamuffin


L: Lean Cuisine peanut chicken


D: probably some chicken and broccoli or stir fry. I have a huge head of broccoli that I need to use up.


E: none. I was in a car accident this weekend- no one was seriously hurt but I'm still pretty sore so I'm gonna take it easy this week.

I didn't have the heart to go back and edit what I ate yesterday - lets just say it involved 2 krispy kremes . . .


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  Turkey on WW bread, cheese stick, carrots, diet soda


D:  Salad (w/ hard boiled egg, kidney beans, green onions, avacado), tea


S:  1 piece of dark chocolate


E:  Abs and thighs tonight - need to up the ante a bit 'cause I'm no longer getting sore

B:  3 mini bran muffins from trader joes (3pts), banana (1.5pts)


S:  Fruit Leather (0 pts)


L:  Veggie Wrap from Subway w/ fat free honey mustard (3pts)


S:  Apple (1)


D:  I might be going to the Suns playoff game, if so, probably a kosher dog and a small frozen yogurt, and some coors light, if I just go home, probably shrimp stir fry from Trader Joes (only about 2 pts) with soup.  I'm too lazy to figure out the points for the game right now!

B: 2 Special K Breakfast bar things (2 points each)


L: greek salad with spinach leaves, green, red, and yellow bell peppers, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and a bit of feta cheese (1 point)
squash and tomato soup stuff (0 points)
spaghetti with veggie marinara (7 points)


S: don't know yet but I might scour around for a piece of chocolate - kind of dying for one - I hope no one reads this edit. Okay, I found a piece of chocolate. In the form of a Hershey's bar. Damn it was soooo good. I'd swear I was about to start my period and then everything would be kosher, except that I'm not!!! Argh!! I lost 2 lbs and now my body wants them back!


D: probably more of everything i had for lunch


E: 3 mile walk/run

Afternoon.  Just got out of a final!!

b: english muffin with egg, cheese and bacon (appx. 10,000,000 calories), coffee w/half & half


l: some vegetable soup and one piece of whole grain toast to dip in


d: need to find a salad somewhere


e: run/walk, prob. about 3 miles, abs and back exercises at gym
