terrariums

I am going to make my first terrarium! I'm so excited. So far I know I want geckos and tree frogs in it. And maybe a small water fall and a venus fly trap. Does anyone have a terrarium or tips on making/maintaining one? Or what animals can or cannot live together? I dont know anything about them...I'll buy a book on it but I was wondering if any of you had experience with this! Thanks!

The only terrariums I have been around are ones in a fishbowl kind of glass container (rounder than a fishbowl though) and didn't have anything but plants in them. Here's a site that I found by googling terrarium how to http://www.blackjungle.com/info.htm
