Does anyone know of any girls clothing stores or labels where the stuff doesn't look too childish?  I would like to find some cropped pants but need a smaller size then most adult/junior stores carry.

For some cheaper ones I would try Target or Old Navy.  I would also try Gap Kids, and even Limited 2.  Also you could look at department stores in the girl's section.  Try Nordstrom, Dillards and maybe JC Penney.

Here are some flood pants at Dillards that I found (not sure if this is what you are looking for)

I second the GapKids suggestion - I wore GK well through highschool.  I find ON kids stuff (pants especially) to be too high in the rise for me.  I have had quite a bit of luck with girls skirts from ON though.
