I won a $50 gift certificate in a contest in December from this site. I ordered a $42 bracelet that I usually wouldn't have ordered - I don't usually pay alot for jewelry since I can get really inexpensive costume jewelry at market, etc etc. But I loved this particular bracelet & figured since it was a prize, I would do it. Well, long story short, I got it in & it was BEAUTIFUL, but just too big for my wrist & couldn't be sized down so I never wore it. Last week I decided to list it on ebay although I was so reluctant to do so because I loved it so & figured I wouldn't get the exposure I needed to in order to make back even half of what it was worth.

I was looking at the site to get info on the bracelet - they do sell "originals" but I remembered there being a similar necklace & figured I could get info on the materials used to make it etc. I saw that the site buys vintage / costume jewelry so I contacted the owner & told her my situation to see if she wanted to buy it back. She told me that since it was a GC she couldn't pay me, but to send it to her & if it was in good condition, she would give me full credit & let me get something else.

This lady didn't have to do that. I just think it's the best example of great customer service I have ever seen. They were so friendly & their stuff is cute, vintage is hit or miss as is all vintage, but I just had to give the the shout out they deserved. I have 3 really cute bracelets that I plan to stack coming from the handcrafted area & I think their prices are very reasonable. Check it out if you would like.
