Okay so I have a similar problem for 2 pairs of shoes I love and hope someone can offer a suggestion:


They are heels with a wide strap type on the front. 


One is my Bronze Dr.Scholl's wooden heels.  They got wet in the rain in NY and never cam back to original size so my feet fall through.  Even though they are supposed to be adjsutable, so far 4 people have not been able to help me adjust the buckle!


 


The other has a fabric type bad about 1.5" wide.  And it has stretched out so my toes are starting to hang over the edge! Ah!! 


 


Does anyone have a solution to my shoe issue?  THanX

I don't know how you could fix it yourself, but a shoe-repair place can probably take care of both problems.
