Ideally I would like to have bought the Birkenstock Gizeh's, but I don't need to spend $90 on anything right now. Sooo, I've been looking at these American Eagle sandals instead, and online, they were priced at $14.95 (regularly $29.50).

I went to the store today and found them, only the store had them at $19.95, which isn't bad, but I was hoping for the cheaper price. I asked a SA about why online would be cheaper and she jsut said sometimes they price things differently than the stores. Then she told me that there was a number she would be able to call and confirm the online price, and if it WAS cheaper, she would only charge me the cheaper amount.

I'm already thinking "Yessss!" and when she called the number, the online price had dropped even cheaper, so I got them for only $11.95 plus tax!

Yay! I love when I buy something that's cheaper than I expected (who doesn't though)!

I feel sorta silly for posting about such a minor score, but eh, oh well! I guess this is also heads up for anyone else who was thinking about getting these shoes!

It always feels great when you get something for really cheap that you would have paid a lot more or full price for.  congrats.
