Sorry I'm not going to be much help, but I think you should keep everything. I love that black and white top and that shrug. That teal top sounds pretty too.

I love both tops! But if you really want to keep only one, I would say keep the b&w long sleeve top. It sounds like you might wear it more often than the teal one.

I like the black top, but does it ride up at all? I hate when elastic bands ride up and the shirt becomes too short. That would be a dealbreaker for me and my long torso.

nope. It stays put, because I totally agree. I hate things that move around, that you have to fiddle with all night, because inevitably, I forget to fiddle and end up with a shirt above my belly button.

But the black shirt is a heavier material, like a light sweater, so it doesn't move at all (at least not upwards).

Metallic Stripes Dolman Top

What do y'all think of this shirt and black pants and a silver belt? I'm tempted to say too match but the silver belt is more of a glitter belt, as opposed to the shirt. Hmmm... now the fun begins - what to wear with the shirt!

Ok, then keep that shirt because I think it is more...chic? unique? I'm not really sure what the word is- but if you had to pick between the two, I like that one. I am looking into it now too. It is more stylish than the other top and I don't own that many stylish things- all I own are cutesy anthro types and camis. So if you must return, return the cami- it is more "everywhere". But I like that one too.

we really are enablers, because before I even read everyone else's response I was thinking KEEP THEM!! Oh how I love them both. The black & white is just so different than anything else I've seen, covered up yet sexy. And that aqua tank is so unique. I love love them both

well, I think that since you already broke the shopping ban and have admitted to your mistakes you should keep both because they are sooo cute and after this just stay away from the mall. Unless of course you have to find some bottoms to coordinate with the tops. Not much help was I?

I have that sweater! BCBG right? I keep talking about it and couldn't for the life of me find a photo of it on BCBGs site - never thought of looking at nordies for it. It's SO versatile. The guys at work call it my "dragon" sweater (they're nuts) but I looove. I wear it so much. You'll find yourself reaching for it often too. It's so stylish yet easy to throw on.

Love the tops too. Can you keep them all? ;)

I say keep the second top--I went out one night and saw a girl wearing it in another color and she looked great. She wore it with nice jeans, stilettos, and great jewelery.

I LOVE the black & white, LOVE it, so definitely keep that. The green one is pretty cool but it's not as distinctive, and since you are trying to adhere to the spirit of the ban, if not the letter, then take that one back. It will be easy to find something else with that vibe later on once the ban is over.

Yeah, that's what I'm going to do. The more I look at the first top, the more I don't like it. It's just a little generic, even though it seemed pretty distinctive at the time (with all the detail and such).
