I ordered the bag from azaleasf. I was super disappointed when I got it in the mail...


It said that the bag was real leather on the site, but it did not feel like it. I was fake leather, and just made the whole bag look cheap.


Their customer service also sucks, don't order from them!!

CRAP! I already ordered it. Was the leather hard, are you sure it's fake? Have you returned it, what was the issue with customer service?

Well the leather did not feel like any leather I have ever felt!! I would say it felt like the fake leather melie bianco bags...maybe a little thicker...but it wasn't leather.


As for customer service, I asked them to email me when they recieved the return shipment. I tracked it through usps, and it says it arrived Monday. I have yet to recieve an email. I tried calling their store, but the number on the site doesn't work. I emailed them today about it, and hopefully they will reply soon. I know I will get my cc credit eventually...but I want it now so I can buy a new bag.

Oh I am so sad becaue I also paid for next day air shipping and it I don't like it I am really out
