My mom just emailed me about these Jack Rogers inspired sandals at Chadwicks.com. They look pretty cute, are cheap, and Mom is thrilled because she is going to order the second style because original JRs are too narrow for her wide foot so maybe these will work.

As far as believability... they are alright. The leather looks embossed which isn't like either of my styles, but there are some styles in croc so that's believable. The only thing about the flat styles that bother me is the heel... these are black and real JRs have a wooden heel. But they are so flat, nobody would notice. I like them in beige... I wish the 2nd pair came in beige too.

There is also a knock off version at Steve Madden for about $40 - but I couldn't find them on line. They were really cute though.

I bought em at the store in 2 colors. I love them. They are exact copies (well, I think) and supercomfy.
