Hi. My name is Spencer and I need a new pet carrier. My mom is asking for one for her birthday to lug me around in. There's only one problem... I'm huge and too big for most of them. I currently weigh 22 lbs and am expected to reach about 30. I'm not fat... the vet says I'm just tall and big and that's average for us Ragdolls. Even though I am wonderful, Louis Vuitton is out of the question.


I like this one from Anthro, but alas it's too small. My sister Polly is tiny and only 5 lbs so she could fit but not me. I want something cute but that I can fit in.



This is what I currently have. At first, it worked great. Then it lost it's shape and the roof falls in on my head which is no fun. It's also not very well made or comfortable. The dimensions are what I'm looking for.

sorry, no ideas here--i use the big plastic carriers which are rather cumbersome, but your post was so cute!

***GASP** he's SO beautiful! We had a ragdoll when I was growing up... his name was Alexander (the Great, because he was so regal, even as a tiny kitten) and he was the most beautiful cat I've ever seen. And incredibly sweet-natured, too, although a little bit of a pervert. I miss him!

Wow I have a ragdoll and he isn't that big!  He tops out at 15-17 pounds.  Where are you trying to carry him to? Just the vets? We just use the blue pet taxi and its good for trips to the vet (not stylish though).

He is so impressive! I could probably carry my cat in my handbag but I'm sure she wouldn't particularly care for that kind of transportation...

I have that Antrho carrier I love it, but my baby is quite a bit smaller. Maybe you could try pet carriers that are for dogs. I probably have 15 cat/dog carriers- yes I know that is way tooooo many. I have found that the dog carriers usually work better for bigger cats. I had a cat that was almost 20 pounds and the cat carriers never seemed to hold him.

Trixe and Peanut- I get sooooo much dog and cat items from this place and I love them. They ship quickly and have great customer service.

Puppy in Style- not as fast shipping, but happy w/ them still.

Pets Alley- they have cute carriers

Pampared Puppy- I have order from this site too.

LOL I love your post!  So cute!  I saw a big shoulder bad in dillards with lots of holes, it took a while for me to realize it was for animals.. But anyway, I'll look around for some.
