please help me find a top?

I have a lightweight wool red knee length skirt that has a slight flare at the bottom.  It is about this shade of red: 


style #1062792 available sizes: 0 2 4 6 8 10 12 and these shoes



Up until yesterday I wore these pieces with a light aqua colored cami and off white cardi (sometimes with an off white shrug) until the cami was deemed inappropriate for work.  Anyway, I need a new top to wear that will tie the shoes and skirt together and it needs to be work appropriate (no camis).  I don't have to wear a cardi/shrug with it-it can stand alone or it can be worn with the cardi shrug.  Can you please give me some suggestions?  I am open to all suggestions.


I had thought about one of these, but I don't know if I want to spend that much money:

I like the heart top the best of the ones you posted.  I think it would be great.  I noticed on the anthro website that they suggest wearing a skirt with it about the same color as your shoes.  If you are wanting something more subdued, here is something from BR that looks very elegant:

just a warning, that top is pretty low cut. I have a very relaxed dress code in my office and I felt slighly uncomfortable the day I wore that shirt. If your boss has an issue with a cami, I'm not sure what she'd think of that...

I'm impressed w/your color combo! I'm desperate for colored shoes so although I don't have any top suggestions(sorry) I do love the outfit you have 1/2 put together!

I vote for the yellow heart shirt from Anthro.  I would probably wear a cami underneath, I pretty much wear a cami/tank underneath most of my shirts cause so many on cut low, are too short or hang down in the front when I bend over.

yes, I am second guessing that top.


Thanks everyone for the suggestions.  Now I have to figure out what to do.  I really, really want the anthro heart top, but I just don't know if I want to spend that much money, especially considering the fact I will have to pay $8.95 shipping and then if it doesn't fit, I will lose that plus what I pay to ship it back.
