we are closing on our house on june 19th! i'm so excited!! w00t.gif
we've been waiting for 9 years to get into our own house, and it's FINALLY happening! i can hardly believe it!
we went with a FHA loan, since it gave us the best interest rate and since we're also first time homebuyers, we'll get the $8000 tax credit, which is awesome!
DH is pumped up to get to work fixing it up to our likings and my daughters are thrilled to have a backyard to play in, and we hope to get a puppy, too!

just wanted to share! biggrin
