I've been using them about a year. I have "falling" longitudinal arches and these work the best as metatarsal pads. I know others who like other types of pads better. Depending on the shoe, I cut the footpetals to shape. They make it possible for me to wear many styles I otherwise couldn't wear.
I bought a pair of Dr Scholl's gel pads for sandals that have popped up in ads all over the place. I haven't tried them yet because the weather is all screwed up here in the Bay Area and I can't even wear my new spring clothes, much less sandals!
I have bought the strips, but haven't tried them yet.
Thanks girls for your reviews! That helps a lot and I'm so happy to know that these work. I can get the Steve Madden shoes I've wanted and have them stay on my heel!
