morning ladies!  anyone tried the "no pudge" products?  i got a coupon for $1 off!  which one should i try?  TIA...


b: puffed kashi, silk


s: yogurt


l: ww pasta, veggies


s: probably some candy, i can't resist!


d: chicken dinner from some take out place


w: none, gotta stay at work till at least 11pm cuz it's the end of the month

the cappucino brownies are really good. They also have some new ice cream things that were pretty good- I had some sort of sundae cone that was yummy!


B: coffee


L: no idea. it's 1:30 already and I'm not really hungry


D: leftover chicken nacho bake thing from last night- sooo good (4 ww points per serving- I'll probably have 2), and a beer (beck's premium ultra or whatever its called- 60cals and prett good!)


S: dunno yet. its cold and i feel like baking...depends on what I have in the house, but maybe a cake or some lemon bars.

I love the No Pudge Chocolate Mint Brownies.  Yummy!


B:  Eggbeaters and Turkey Bacon, wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla


S:  Banana and Granola Bar


L:  Sandwich and Soup


D:  Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs


W:  1 hour with personal trainer

b: 2 eggs scrambled with bacon, coffee w/half & half


s: honey pretz (japanese crackers, shaped like pocky but taste more like pretzels, 90 cal., per pack!)


l: a salad i made myself: baby mixed greens w/dried cranberries, chicken, and pistachios with a small bit of champagne dressing


d: lean cuisine pizza, cucumber slices, maybe a lime ice pop for dessert


e: 30 min. strength exercises, 30 min. cardio on treadmill
