That it is.I could never pull it off though, at least not without something under it. You can pinch more than an inch on my sides if ya know what I mean!Also I could NEVER EVER get away with not wearing a bra! You have to show us pics if you get it.

I bet if you were feeling crafty you could make a big slice down the back of a sweater, hem the edges, and sew ribbon horizontally across the open back. Which is sort of how this looks like it was made. It wouldn't be nearly as pretty though.
