morning!!


B: coffee


L: vegetable LoMein (12 WW points or so worth of it casue I went back for seconds )


D: I think I want soup (1-2 points) and grilled cheese (3 points)


S: I am making rice pudding to use up some milk thats about to go bad, so I'll probably have a little of that.


E: maybe yoga. I am doubled over with cramps today so I might take tonight off.

ugh... today is SO not off to a good start


B: started out okay with a Special K breakfast bar (2 points)


S: went all downhill with 2 (yes 2!) Krispy Kreme donuts that were around the office - eek! I don't even like donuts that much!


L: not sure but probably Subway


D: aieee!!! going to a HH retirement party for a lady at work and I'm sure everyone will try and convince me to have this wonderful purple, everclear margarita that the restaurant is famous for... whatever will I do? Oh, and I'm bagging up some fajitas (no cheese or sour cream or guac) to go home with so not too bad.


E: hahahahahaha!!! After the party I'm heading over to a friends to help him study and for me to do some outside work work that I've been putting off. Too bad. Those donuts will sit on my ass all night long. Damn.

B: whole wheat bagel and small banana (4 pts bagel and 2 pts banana)


L: turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (4 pts), 1 cup strawberries (1 pt), 1/2 cup carrots (0 pts)


S: small apple (1 pt)


D: unsure.  Maybe tilapia and veggies


E: headed to the rec today.  45 mins weights 40 mins cardio

B- muffin and water

L-garlic and herb tortilla with spinach, tomato, cucumber and light cream cheese, soy milk, trail mix

S-string cheese, fruit snacks

D- green beans, whole wheat pita with cheese and tomato sauce

S- yogurt

E-ran 1.5 miles, 20 min workout total
