dress $140.  (i was thinking of dressing it down with a denim jacket)

You must get the dress.  I like the idea of adding a denim jacket - it would dress it down perfectly.  Also, add some boho jewelry for a really chic look.


The skirt is great too, but I am not in love with it like I am with the dress.

I like both- I think the dress is more unique but it is also pricier and you could wear it less.  The skirt is cute but that style is everywhere, though you could wear it easily and it's cheaper.  I say the dress unless you have too many, you never know when you might need a cute dress.  I have so many skirts that another one wouldn't be used that much.

I like both, but the skirt especially. I actually really like the way they styled it in the picture, with the preppy blouse and sweater in that gorgeous turquoise--very unexpected.

Well, as you know I own that skirt :)  I never did take it back.  Even though it's not the most practical item in my closet, I still think it's beautiful.   And I will find places to wear it darn it!  


So my vote goes for the skirt!!

i love that skirt and have been eyeing it forever.   where is it on sale for $90?


needless to say, imo you should get the skirt -- it'll be awesome for the summer.  as for the dress, i'm not too crazy about it, and you prolly won't get as much use out of it.
