anyone make these.


It seems like cutting the bread would be a nightmare.


Any ideas---I need about 25 to 30.

I usually use round or fluted cookie cutters. It's much prettier and faster than de-crusting the bread.

mikacat, are you going to make the asparagus and cream cheese ones?? I love those. I tried making them once, but it is just not the same as when you have them at a party...

you could try making sandwiches with flavored butter, soft cheeses, or spreads.

I was going to suggest this too.  Not sure how many mini sandwiches you can get out of a sandwich using a cookie cutter.
