Does anyone else wake up feeling sick from post nasal drip? i'm sorry it's kinda gross but i have been waking up sick every morning. i know it's post nasal drip, but i've never experienced it this bad before. is it just cuz it's allergy season? anyone have any tips? usually i just eat immediately to coat my stomach. __________________ "i tell you one lesson I learned If you want to be something in life, You ain't gonna get it unless, You give a little bit of sacrifice, Oohh, sometimes before you smile you got to cry.." -The Roots

I feel your pain. Do you take allergy medicine? I take my allergy pill before I go to bed, so it's working overnight and I don't wake up with the PND sore throat and general "sick" feeling. __________________

I do! I haven't recently but I do get this. Do you sleep on 2 pillows? Maybe try that if you don't (make sure they aren't feather pillows either). __________________
