Help my friend find a dress!

Ok- my friend needs your help.  She is going to a fraternity formal and wants a dress that is under $100, preferably $80 or under.  It needs to be somewhat dressy, so day dresses are out, but not TOO formal.  She likes colors like fuschia and bright teals/blues, not washed out colors or browns (she doesn't like earthy colors).  She is about 5'4", 34D, and has a pretty short torso/short limbs, so preferably something that would work with her chest and has a short and straight hem.  Yea, I'm having a hard time finding something too!  Any suggestions/recs?

do you know what her size is? if she dosen't have an aversion to ebay, she can find a great deal- this particuar seller sells lots of recent bcbg styles, lots starting at $0.95- especially good if she knows her bcbg size. the seller is  jtandcompany (there are over 400 dresses listed!)


this first one is the same dress, but i guess u can tie the bow in the front of the back(the seller has it in black only i think, but check b/c they list new ones all the time)






buy it now-$59.95 (below)



this red one ends in 2 hours!!! (currently at $51,athough, sizeXS oops-but this seller often has the same dress in multiple sizes)



size 4-ends in 2 hours, currently at $51.55



hth- also, smartbargains.com has dresses at low prices, that would be a good place to check,she may find a gem
