Cute Spring/Summer Tops for Work

I am in desperate need of some cute spring and summer work tops.  To give you an idea of what I'm looking for, I work for Bank One in downtown Chicago in the corporate offices.  The dress code is business casual.  I typically wear stuff from Express, Banana, etc to work.  Can you girls help me find some cute tops for summer?

check out Express!  i was just in there today (with a VERY helpful SA) and she showed me loads of cute summer tops for work!  i bought 4 tops actually!

i am travelling right now and can't post pictures... but they have some nice wrap short sleeve sweaters that i paired with some of their camis that are $29.50 right now.  they also have some other cute wrap shirts that are sleeveless (can you wear sleeveless?)

I have this top in black and it is not too low when you button the top two buttons.  It is so pretty.
