I have them in black and I basically treat them like sweats. I usually wear mine with a tank and flip flops and if I need a jacket I wear my denim one.

I have the cargo green Guess ones- they go with a lot. The white were see-though so be careful. I would recommend guess if you have a long torso, Charlotte if you have a short torso. I have the Guess XS and they have stretched out and are huge on me,and I"m not that small (size 4). Charlotte runs small, and I was between a medium and a large in those! I wear them with tanks such as the one I'm wearing in my second pic in Stylethread, as well as a yellow guazy short sleeve blouse I have from Urban Outfitters. They look nice with lots of things- just pick a color that goes with a lot of your stuff.

Cute, fitted tops. I have a few graphic tees that look great with the pants, along with flip flops or sandals. I also literrally wear them to the beach on cooler days over my swim suit. They look great with nicer tops too. When I went on vacation to Jamaica I wore my white ones with the brown Anthro lace top and a boho scarf in my hair. I wore my blue ones with a brown double layer mesh top that has a kind of babydoll fit to it. Wearing silver or gold sandals will dress them up too. I personally wouldn't wear the pants with any kind of shoe with height, but I guess that's a matter of personal preference. The pants are surprisingly versatile for casual spring/summer wear. I lounge around the house in them and wear them out for afternoon cocktails and they go to the beach. The only thing annoying about the pants is the ironing. THey require heavy-duty ironing.

I have a long torso and love the fit of the Charlotte pants. I never tried on the Guess ones though.

The Charlotte ones are just much lower rise- if that is what you want- then def. choose those. The Guess comes up a couple of inches higher, which is good and bad, because sometimes it's too high for long fitted tanks. I *think* the Charlotte ones are slightly thicker fabric- which is better IMO. But they were just too low on me.

I was hoping one of the two came in a brown color, but apperantly not. If anyone comes accross anything simular in brown (don't care what brand), please post!
