Has anyone seen this lamp?

I've seen this lamp on two different tv shows now. Does anyone know where I can buy it? I've checked Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware, pottery barn, lampsplus.com. Thanks!

i think this is it-it's by glenna jean-she makes nursery bedding, actually the bedding i bought for my daughter's nursery was made by her...it's a very pretty lamp!
