i only watched the first season regularly, and two questions stick with me to this day. i'm hoping they were answered in the time travel episode (episodes? didn't watch)

1. did they ever identify what was in meghan's box. remember when her parents came to visit and she totally changed her image. there was this box, and it was this huge deal b/c her parents opened it so she told them the box was felicity's, but they never said what was in the box?

2. did they ever play the subway song? remember when julie and felicity got stuck on the subway and julie wrote this whole song about what happened b/t them? dammit i want to hear the song.

unfortunately that's all i can contribute to this thread, but hopefully there are answers to my questions, b/c they bother me to this day.

I love Javier too. Do you ever watch that show Jake in Progress? Javier is on there now, and it's so weird to hear him talk w/out the accent! I don't like it!

Guess what episode is on WE tonight blubirde? The one where Ben and Felicity break into the campus pool and get arrested! Yay! I'll be watching that for sure.

Oh and you mentioned Julie earlier - I'm sorry, but I hated her. I thought she was the worst friend to Felicity. She knew Felicity followed Ben to NY, but then it's ok for her to date him? And then Felicity goes on the road trip w/him and she hates her for it. Ugh - hate her!

oh my god i soooo hated julie! i was like get off the screen you stupid pink power ranger! i hate you! lol. and she was an AWFUL friend too. oh and honey, no they never played julie's mean song about felicity.

do you guys remember when ben was helping javier w/ his citizenship test? soo cute.

oh i also hated that lauren woman who had ben's kid. in fact i wonder if the time travel epi's somehow changed that into never having that happen. it really bothered me.

LOL esquiress! I used to call her the pink power ranger too. I just hated her from the beginning. And then how bout season 4 when she comes back and tries to get w/ben again? Give it up loser - he loves Felicity. She was so pathetic.

Lauren did have Ben's kid - the time travel episodes didn't change that I don't think. I hated that whole story line so much...why did they always have to keep them apart? I know, I know, that's what TV shows do! But it really bothered me too, and Lauren was icky!

I LOVE Felicity. I have all 4 seasons on DVD. I just watched season 4 on my last trip.

I hated Julie. I loved Megan.

And Ben -- so freaking hot!!

Remember the 1st season Halloween episode where Ben was talking to the pink power ranger all night instead of Felicity? One of my two favorite episodes. That was very clever.

I like when Javier asked Ben if he was fat and Ben said "yeah, a little," and Javier got all vaklempt and told him thanks for being honest. That was so funny. I think of that all the time when someone asks me a question like that.

honey, I don't think they ever said what was in Megan's box. There was one twilight zone type episode where they were all trapped in a white room that turned out to be Megan's box I think but there were no big secrets revealed. That was really interesting how the parents got soooo freaked out by what they found in the box and yet we (the audience) never EVER knew. Bastards. I bet it's out there somewhere. I'll have to do some net scoopage.

Man I hated Julie - esp. when she was ticked at Felicity. What a load of crap. At first I liked her and thought she was so delicate and sweet and then bam! Stole Ben right out from underneath Felicity. Some friend. And that stupid subway song! Meanie.

Damn! I can't watch the WE tonight - I won't be home. I'm seriously going to just buy all the rest of the seasons this weekend. I can't take it any longer with this thread reminding me of how much I love it.

Lauren. Grrr. I honestly have actual negative emotion towards her. I still get mad thinking about her. And Ben was such a dope when it came to his kid. Can you imagine taking a guy back that had a kid with another woman? Especially an old woman? Whatevah. That would have been it for me.

Yes!! They did explain what was in the box!! There was an entire episode devoted to it. It was bizarre. It ended up being little voodoo dolls of all the main characters. They showed it at the very end after the 'Twilight Zone' stuff. Strange.

As far as which season I thought was the best, I loved the first season. One of my favorite episodes was the finals episode where Noel drinks the beet juice and ends up freaking out in the silent reading room in the library. I love the Thanksgiving episodes, too.

And how funny were Sean and Javier. What great characters. So hilarious. Smoothaise!! HAHAHA!!!

I was definitely in the Ben camp. I looooooooved Ben. And when they did the time travel episodes, it made it seem even more right that she should end up with Ben (especially after things went horribly wrong with Noel).

I have one question that I can't figure out. Maybe I'm just missing it. In the series finale, Felicity says something about Elaina dying in a car crash, but then they show her in the final toast at the end when they are playing "I Will Remember You." What's up with that? Did she not really die? Anyone remember this?

I'm a Felicity-aholic too! I just wish the damn box sets weren't so expensive- $50-60 each! I have seasons 1&2 for now but may spend my amazon gc's on season 3.

I thought season 1 was the best. Season 2 wasn't too bad. I kinda quit watching around season 3 just because I got busy and it started to get weird and I never saw season 4.

I liked Megan and loved Javier. I hated Hannah and Julie.

I do wish she would have stayed with Noel who I thought was the better choice.

In the box set for Season 4, they explain that it was cut from the originally aired episode and that before Felicity went back to the future, she told Elena not to go to Columbia and attend Duke med school instead, so Elena did, and the whole car accident was circumvented.

Nooo you're totally right Nylabelle! It was a dream. What happened was Ben cheated on her and then she back to NY for Noel's wedding. She got drunk and fell asleep on the couch and when she woke up she forgave Ben because of what happened in her dream..I think you were partly supposed to think Meghan really did some magic on her and that's how everything got resolved..but it was a dream...she woke up in the end.

yeah i thought it was a dream too but the director in the dvd said it was supposed to have really happened because that explains elaina being alive. which i still really don't get even after seeing the deleted scenes but whatever.

really? I didn't watch that yet..that seems a little odd to me. How did her dream really happen? I mean, they showed her in bed sleeping and her friends said you were having a bad dream...whatever. That's why I thought it was Meghan casting one of her spells on her or something..Oh well, I don't question the show, I just love it!

The one thing I loved about the time travel episode was in the very last one when she goes to that guy to reverse the spell, and she has to create that tree of her memories. I loved watching the old clips of all four seasons

i know, i never really question time travel stuff because then it gets all sci-fi and who really cares, you know? but yeah, i loved the clips too--one of my faves was when she was about to do it w/ noel and then the tree caught on fire and he wanted to keep going and she was like 'noel your room is on FIRE!' and he said something like 'it'll go out in a second'...lol...SUCH a guy reaction!

ok, i'm really really going to *try* to make this my last post. i just couldn't help myself because i remembered another really funny episode from season 1. the one during finals right before winter break... when noel gets all freaked out on smart powder!

Noel to Elena: "Oh my God! You look so SMALL just sitting there!"

so many subplots - this was like 2 or 3 episodes all crammed into 1. i like how they tracked it hour by hour, because that's how your first round of finals feels in college.

This is really what I loved about the show the most - that it could be very serious and heart wrenching and at the same time, you laughed your butt off at it. Very few shows capture both aspects and I really loved that about Felicity.

You guys can keep posting as long as you want..I'll keep responding. I can talk about episodes of this show till I turn blue in the face!

Woohoo - mission accomplished. It's sad, but I still really miss that show and it's been off now for a few years. I really wish it could have went on.

Last night on WE was the episode where Ben and Felicity break into the pool and get caught - I love that episode!

I always find that the shows I love the most get cancelled without getting a fair shot. Like Good Morning Miami on NBC or I'm with Her on ABC and even Miss Match on NBC. All 3 were awesome but only got a year or less and were cancelled. It takes more than a season to get viewers interested!
