4/18 Diet & Exercise

Another 3 lbs down this week!  I'm not quite sure how all this weight loss is happening - I've been careful about my diet but not 6-lbs-in-14-days careful .  Maybe the 4 croissants I had this weekend will slow it down a bit?


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  1 fajita (no condiments), cheese stick, green tea


D:  Big salad (lettuce, garbanzo beans, parsley, green onions, avacado, tomato) w/oil & vinegar, rye crackers, diet soda


E:  More resistance/stretching - focusing on thighs this week.

No idea. I stayed home sick today. (yeah, I'm not really sick but this morning I had a headache and accidentally took Tylonal PM for it, so there was no way I was getting in to work...)

B: slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese (2 points)


S: Special K breakfast bar - yum (2 points)


L: 6 inch subway (7 points) & chips (2 points)


D: 1.5 cups rice (6 points) & stirfry veggies with some shrimp added (2 points)


E: 4 mile walk with friend and her dog (my new good habit)

I'm not adding the points up- I already am too high.  I have got to get off this weekend eating - went to a wedding and pigged out!


B: 2 slices of bunny bread with reduced fat PB and skim milk


S: 4 or 5 mini ms. fields cookies


L: 1 pint blackberries and a PB&J Sandwich on bunny bread


S: 1 cup grapes


D: not sure


E: I'm sure none with  my night class.


Haven't weighed myself either and not planning on it till next week.

Okay, I guess I'll try this....


B: Kashi good friends cereal (3 pts) with soy milk(1pt)


L: Bagel (5 pts) with ff philadelphia cream cheese (1pt)


S:yogurt(4pts?) or Special K bar (2pts) not sure yet.


D: a frozen Lean Cuisine that will be anywhere between 5-9 points.

If I remember right they have the WW points on the side of the box if you didn't know so that way you don't have to look it up and try to figure it out.

I've been really bad the past two weeks!  I have been totally stressed ou and not caring at all, but I'm starting again today.  Not sure if I'm going to weigh myself this week or not, I don't want to find out I've gained!  I'll probably just get back on track and go next week instead.
