I lost the bid on this piece of pottery- it is a dish w/a spoon to scoop out what's inside!  Does anyone know where I can find something similar?  I love the shape- it doesnt need the spoon.

A SALT PIG??? What the...

Hehe.  Those look right!  Let me know if anyone sees any similar salt pigs.

D- no markings.  It was labeled as  "nut dish" in the auction listing.  I guess they didn't know what it was either.

gosh, I have tried to find one with several search terms.  I do think it's a salt pig too.  I tried "salt pig" modern ceramic "wooden spoon" and a few different variations.  It reminds me of Russel Wright, but I didn't use that as a search term.  I'll try another whack at it later...
