One more Mayle shoes post +UPDATE

Ok, I thought I would have to order them from the Mayle store.  But I contacted Satine Boutique and they have one pair left and its in my size.  They are these shoes:




They are $295 there (as opposed to $350 at Mayle) but my question is, are these the Mayle wedges that I want?  I haven't seen other ones so I don't know if these are the best of the lot.  I liked the ones Kirsten had in Allure, but I also think these are mucho hot.  Should I get them????  Help, I need as many opinions as possible.

i think i like the other ones dot posted better, and the ones she described in sapphire best of all.  but that's so tempting that they have them for $55 less and in your size too!

I know!  Sooo tempting!  The perks are:  it's $55 less, it's from a store with a return policy (otherwise I'd have to call up Mayle and I don't know what the return policy is- I don't live in NYC), and these were the colors that sounded the best from Dot's original post- I don't like the white/bronze ones and I'm not sure I want these in black.  I love red, and I think these shoes are really cool.  Any more opinions?

you should get these, they are so cool! but if you have doubts, ...... then you might want to think about if you really want this pair or spend a little more for the other ones.

I don't really like the white ones, I don't know why.  I think it was because Kirsten was fugged in them and called geriatric.



For some reason, they look off to me.  Does anyone else support the red/snakeskin ones?  Those are the ones I was leaning towards anyway- the other colors I would like would be yellow or cream- not really white or black or pink/blue mettallic- if that is all that is offerred this season.

totally get them lynnie, you're already leaning toward them so take it as a sign that they're marked down and in your size.  also, the more i look @ them, the cooler they get

You seem to really like the red ones, so you should go with those. plus, they are $50 less. imo I like the red ones better than the white. For some reason the white ones don't look all that cute in this pic. I saw a pic of Kirsten wearing them with a denim dress in Teen Vogue and they looked much cuter than how she is wearing them here.

i like these the best.  they can be worn during more transition times of the year, where as the white (does the memorial day/labor day rule apply????).

those shoes are hot.  i'd get them, esp. if you've been thinking about it for a while.  since they only have 1 more pair left, you might regret it if you don't.

Agreed... I have seen them in person and they are HOT HOT HOT. They are definitely my choice over the cream and gold. I would have gotten them in a snap if they had my size. I really want Mayle to reissue all of them. The cream and gold & black suede and gold are from last year. The red and snakeskin are from spring. I would buy them all.

NOOOO someone sold the last pair by mistake.  She said she had the white ones, which she told me were more cream, so i'm getting those to see what they look like.  She's not making these shoes again and the store is sold out, so these are the last pair it seems.  I hope they are pretty.

awww i'm sorry lynnie. don't worry they are pretty! i think they make a nice summer shoe. my friend used them in her sister's wedding and all the bridesmades wore them.
