Yes, I'll have to do the Payless pumps route.  I'm still on the fence with the hair and makeup.  I'm scared that the party will end early at my friends house and everyone will want to go out to a bar or something.  I'm not going out in public looking like that!  I'll bring a change of clothes just in case.

I like the teal over the pink.  We had something similar to this in my sorority a few years ago- tacky prom.  I'll have to see if I have any pictures saved or if I need to scan any.  I crimped my hair and put it up on my head and wore some electric blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick.  You could probably do some hot pink eyeshadow (bright pink!!!) and some bright pink lipstick with it.

i would say the pink because that actually looks like something someone for some reason would actually pick for a wedding.

but funny enough, when my bf's dad and current step-mom got married... the bridesmaid wore dresses alot like the teal one.

i guess it's more like pretty vs. trendy (or trendy back in the 80s). i kinda love the pink because it gives me scary flashbacks of going to laura ashley with my mother.
