rehearsal luncheon outfit ideas

I am pondering what to wear to my rehearsal luncheon in May - it will be at a casual but nice restaurant in a private room - it's lunch but we'll be serving steak or crabcakes, so it's not like a soup and sandwich event.  I am curvy, busty and pale, looking to spend under $130.  I would prefer not to wear anything strapless.


I was thinking perhaps this sweater (which I already own):


but in this print:


but with what skirt/shoes/accessories?


Or should I go for a dress?


hostess dresscan't tell if the print on the skirt is cute in person or no.
