Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... I don't even want to get into the details. But basically I've been in an order that won't end since JANUARY! And in this month's Amex they overcharged me $400!!!

I am going to scream.

sooo..... finaaaaaaaaaaaally.... they refunded my money and gave me free shipping and a $25 gift certificate.

but it was so dragged out. basically they said that they weren't refunding me my money because the merchandise i ordered (but they messed up the shipping on 3x!) had not returned to their warehouse yet.. so they weren't refunding me my money but had already charged me for my replacement order. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

i mean how is it really my fault that ups or whoever hasn't shipped it back or that someone in the warehouse hasn't restocked it. grrrrr... anyway, i got what i wanted with free shipping and $25 and it only took 3.5 months to get here!

yay! i jsut checked my amex bill over the past couple months, and after overcharging $400... i ended up paying on $61.60 for an order of merchandise that cost close to $400! i hope that they don't find out! hehehehe i am also getting a $25 gc.

it's this insanely expensive williams and sonoma version of the container store.

I only bought 12 canvas boxes from there for my new apt. They originally are $32 bucks each (TOTAL RIPOFF) but I ordered the ones on sale for $14.99 a piece. But they messed up the order so many times and kept on refunding me differences, I ended up only paying about $60! :)
