How are you guys doing?


B-Eggbeaters and Oatmeal


S-Granola Bar


L-roasted chicken, potatoes, and baked beans


S-Baked Doritos


D-I'm at the airport right now, so my options are limited, but I had a vegetable panini and will have a Luna Bar later on the plane.


W-one hour with my personal trainer.

B- leftover salad from Dos Coyotes (tex mex place)

L-tuna salad with soy chips

S-slice of brie

D-tofu stirfry with brown rice

excercise: none, unless you count walking up and down the stairs, interspersed with sitting on my ass while i email out my resume. haha.

A day late, but here ya go. I have such awful allergies this year that I really didn't feel like eating much of anything- nothing tastes good when your nose is blocked up!


B: coffee


L: nothing (I know, I know...)


D: bowl of vegetarian chili, FF pringles


S: skinny cow strawberry shortcake ice cream bar


E: not much, since I also couldn't breathe. Just some crunches/ leg lift type stuff while I was watching TV.
