OK I was told by a home inspector, the area we moved to has 50% higher percentage hard water than the national average.  We have a water softner but, I have noticed dryness in my hair and skin.  Lately its very noticible to me in my hair.  Does anyone know what I can do to counter the effects of hard water on my hair?

Me, too. I use the aquasana water filter in my shower and it is amazing!!
