Ok, so we're changing up the journal postings. From now on, it will just be the date and we can each say what day we have completed.

I just finished day 9 and my side was killing me but, I stuck through it. God only knows why I do this to myself sometimes. Anywho, I measured my waist this morning and guess what?! I'm down 1/4" I'm stoked! Hopefully by the end of this I will lose at least another 1/2".

Anyone else?

Well I did mines yesterday and today. though I had to stop cause my husband came home real quick and I'm too shy to keep doing my workout with him around. Unless he's doing them with me. Which he did once and it was too funny. I still didn't do them right cause I was too busy craking up

Im still doing level 1, and I'm on my 9th...i think

Tati, you crack me up. John has seen me grunting, panting, and even crying while working out before. I think he's used to it because he doesn't even look twice, lol.

Anyway, today was day 10 for me, YAY!! I'm out of level 1 and am moving onto level 2. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it tomorrow though, we're going to my parent's house to celebrate Mimi's birthday over the weekend. I will be taking my dvd and weights with me though.

Just finished day 3 of Level 1. I think taking a day off made going back even harder tonight. Is anyone's calves killing them after these workouts? I can't figure out if it is the way I'm jumping around or if that is the way the exercises are designed.

It's the freaking jump-roping that does it to the calves IMO.  I hate the damn jump-roping.  It does get better though, I promise!

Ladies, I can see my abs again!  They've been under there the whole time, quietly waiting for me to do away with their fatty disguise smile.gif.  I'm also really seeing a difference in tone in my calves and thighs, not to mention my arms.  I heart.gif these workouts!

I'm thinking of trying level 2 today - my husband seems to think that level 1 is a harder workout, and I'm interested to see if I agree or not.  And I think a new routine would be good for motivation right now - I'll let you know!
