Need Clothing Help for a Business Trip!

I am going on a 4 day conference to a Resort and Spa in Arizona in a month.  I work in IT, so it is generally men and very very boring! I will be attending evening parties and daytime trainings.  I really need help planning outfits, especially because I am from Pennsylvania and am going to Arizona. Total climate change!


So I think that I want to do something like a sheath dress and jacket, wrap dress... etc. Can you all please help me plan!!

I think a sleeveless sheath is a great choice. I have a very simple suit that is a sheath dress with a jacket - it can be worn as a suit, dressed up as just a sheath, or dressed down with sandals and a rustic necklace as a sheath.


Considering you are in IT - a really good casual look for you would be something that shows you are internet savvy - what better way to say that than with this tee:

I would stick with sundresses and cardis for the office.. maybe also just some tees and circle skirts..


Keep in mind what the others wear in our office girl!
