I think she's confident and walking to the beat of her own drum. I think she's on it for her risk taking and self confidence. True - not a look most can pull off but overall I think the worst offense is the thickness of her rolled cuffs.

While it's not something I would wear I like the fact that it's unique and she seems to be having fun with her style. Love the shoes, love the bag, love the coat (I have nothing against fur) (ducks and runs for cover) and she wears it well.
The nylons wrinkling up on the ankles though, I am not a fan of!

Second. I do admire that she seems very confident in her look. And she seems to know how to walk in those shoes (it must have taken alot of practice.)
