LoMish - my calves are very sore too. I've been trying to figure out exactly what move it is that's doing this.

I am still unable to complete the pushups without doing some on my knees.  I do the push ups until I absolutely cant anymore, then drop to my knees to do the rest.  I'm really hoping by day 10 I will be able to do the full push up all the way through.

haven't "shredded" yet today - will post when I do...

ETA: officially completed day 4. my calves are still feeling it...

My soreness is actually pretty much gone. I am however having horrible abdominal pain at the moment (doesn't have anything to do with, the Shred though). I'm going to pop a few Advils and get back up once the pain is gone.

K! Just finished! I stop a little less. But my goal someday is to do it from beginning to end without stopping! then move on to level 2.
my hardest challenge is the side to side lounges with raising dumbells to eye level. Really hard for me. I stop often :( But I'm using 5lb's....wish I had 2 or 3lbs just for that routine.

D- I think we are sore on our calves for doing the jump ropes? and I think thats awesome that you can do the "man" push ups! I cant....I gotta do the "women" push ups

I think it's all that jumping that gets your calves going - I'm always most fatigued there and in my quads from all the squats/lunges.

The soreness keeps getting better for me, day by day ...

Day 4 done! It's surprisingly starting to get a little more bearable; however, I think I had my war face on the entire time. I do half of the push-ups in modified position as well. The muscles are still working so until I can do the other push-ups, I will continue the modified.

On a side note, I think tomorrow's Shred will be in the late afternoon or early evening for me. I'm going to the grand opening of Sephora early in the am because they are giving away 100 gift cards ranging from $10-$100. Cross your fingers I get $100.

This is Day 2 for me and it was ok. I'm definitely surprised by how much my quads hurt and can't do push-ups to save my life! The only thing that's a little frustrating is that she doesn't spend much time on form, not seeing other angles for some things makes me wonder whether I'm doing them right. Maybe I just need more practice.

Just did Day 4! I feel like the first 6 minutes are the hardest (minus the side lunge with arm raise). Once I'm past those 6 minutes (where I feel like I'm going to die) the two other sets don't seem so bad. In fact, during the last cardio set which mixes in all the other cardio parts, I feel like I could keep going for another 10 minutes or so. Am I crazy?? haha

My calves are still a little sore....and I think it's from the jump rope and the lunges with bicep curls.

That just means that you're getting stronger - nice work!

I'm way less sore today, in fact I'm barely sore at all.  Bring on the next workout!
