Yesterday was horrible. I will never buy cheetos again. Never.

B: egg & sausage sandwich (egg whites, veggie sausage) = 190 calories
L: salad (120) + 2 veggie patties (140) = 260 calories
S: none because my stomach is a little icky and I still have to hit the gym
D: LC frozen pizza (390) + leftover baked cheetos (140) = 530 calories
Total: 1200ish calories (if I'm under I'll eat a protein shake or something later in the evening)

Exercise: 30 minutes running

B: Coffee, yogurt with flaxseed and vanilla granola

S: trail mix, H20

L: kashi crackers, lentil soup and iced tea

S: dr pepper (oops)

I drank entirely too much this weekend - ugh.  On the upside (depending on your perspective doh.gif) I ended up throwing much of it back up again ...

No more of that!

B:  2 pieces fat free sourdough toast w/smart balance, coffee w/soymilk

L:  Crab and vegetable soup, 2 slices garlic toast (no butter though)

S:  60-cal chocolate pudding cup

D:  Sprouted wheat papparadelle pasta with roasted tomatoes, garlic, artichoke hearts, and veggie sausage (inspired by Subwolley's post in the recipe thread), steamed broccoli.

E:  Official day one of the 30-day Shred!  Wheeeee!

1/2 cup egg whites (60 calories)
1/2 ww english muffin (70 calories)
1/2 slice low-fat swiss cheese (25 calories)
1 cup coffee and splash of milk

Lunch:
2 slices flax seed bread (100 calories)
1/4 avocado (80 calories)
1 tbls of hummus (30 calories)
1 slice low fat swiss cheese (50 calories)
sprouts
pickle
diet coke

Snack
low-fat animal crackers small bag (200 calories)

Dinner
Ceaser salad (parm cheese, cherry tomatoes, 4 large croutons, ceaser dressing) (500 calories?)
1 soy "chicken" patty (80 calories)

Grand total for today: 1195
