OMGosh! I did level one and she totally kicked my butt! my arms and legs are weak right now. I used my 5lb weights, I wish I had at least 3 lbs. to switch to. It was hard not to stop on the side to side lunges and raise my arms. Those killed!
I really don't want to post my measurements...sorry. But I will let you know if I drop sizes and weight smile

So so far,...today I did it. My goal is to not stop at all from beginning to end on level 1.

Though I didn't stop too long, like she said, only about 5 seconds or so.

So who else?

It's cool, Tati about the measurements. I just meant to take note (for yourself) so that you could compare at the end of the 30 days. smile

Anyway, I just finished it as well and boy am I drenched in sweat! I started with the 3lb. weights but I think I might pair up to the 5s tomorrow. I felt winded from the exercises themselves but I think my muscles could handle a little more. I want to try the 5s and see which one I can keep up with better.

The side lunges also killed me!

Tati, you are definitely not a wuss. You're probably a little dehydrated or you were on an empty stomach. Have breakfast and then wait about an hour to exercise. Here, I found this link that might help:

You're not a wuss at all Tati - it's a pretty serious workout IMO, especially if you're not used to working out at such a high intensity.  The nausea should get better the more you do the workout, fwiw.

I'm fine with taking measurements and just posting the changes - how many inches I've lost from my waist or thighs or whatever.  I see changes there even if I don't on the scale, so I think measurements are a truer representation of progress.

Won't do my workout until this afternoon, though ... must study!

ETA:  Day one complete.  Ouch.  Oh, and um, ouch.  Did feel better doing the cardio today though, which is something!

OH.MY.GOD. Day 1 done but I may not be able to move tomorrow! Those side lunges were brutal, I didn't think they were too bad but then she said to stick your butt out and when I did ay chihuahua! I can't do it tomorrow but plan to Wedns, I think I'll probably need tomorrow off for recovery anyway.

Ok I did day one last night. And....definitely sore today. I was ok with the cardio, the first set seemed the hardest. But just like the rest of you, the side lunges KILLED me. It was mostly the arm part and I definitely had to put down the weights for a little. I could have a used a longer cool down but I guess that's ok.

I also did day 1 last night and today I am SORE!!!!
I did day 2 today as well and I still couldn't do those side lunges! I used 5 lb weights but I think I need to buy at least 3 lb.

I found the weight work really challenging with 5lb weights, do you think that I should buy 3lb or keep going with 5lb until I can manage a full set?

I think you should pick up some 3 lb. weights - they're good to have on hand.  I have 3, 5, 8, and 10 lb weights, and will often switch my weights if I find what I've originally chosen is too heavy.
