Help me wear this dress to a concert - fixed pic (hopefully)

BF surprised me a couple weeks back with tickets to an Avett Brothers concert. Yay!! We're going to The Vogue in Indianapolis, IN on 4/16.

I want to wear this dress (my face was looking totally retarded so I just clip-arted that out!)

Is there any way to make it more interesting? I feel like every time I wear this, I just put on a funky necklace or patterned headband because I don't know how else to liven it up! The waist tie isn't sewed on, so it doesn't have to be factored in :)

I'm scrounging around for green flats right now, so if I find some by the time the concert rolls around I'll probably wear those.

Me neither. Not even a red X this time.

Yep, I can see it now. It looks great on you! I really like the color too.

If you're looking for an easy update, I'd pair it with a metallic belt and flat boots (since you'll be on your feet a lot at the concert.)

Yeah, I think it needs a fun belt or maybe a scarf tied around your waist. I like the idea of flat boots too or silver ballet flats. I think you have a lot of options with that dress. You could put a distressed denim jacket on and that would be cute too.

I suggest high boots, a leather belt instead of this self fabric belt & a chnky bracelet/bangle. ( or a set of bangles)

I'd do patterned tights w/ knee high boots and some bold jewelry.

I'm going with dark tights and flat boots and maybe a colorful scarf/wrap.

Oooo I like the boots idea. I'll have to see - it might be too warm for that. It's 72 here today!
