i love that last etsy necklace!  vanessa have you checked the usual suspects like express (people stylewatch mag said they had lots of fun jewelry this season), BR, NY and Co, J Crew, limited, F21, Target, etc.??  i think your best bet is to find something cheap that looks similar and then layer like 3 or 4 of them (but i'm sure you thought of that already).

People on Etsy are usually really nice about doing custom stuff - if you found one there that had the vibe you were looking for, I'm sure you could send them your inspiration pic and see if they could remake it for you.
