I hope I didn't miss the post and am double-posting!


B-Oatmeal with a hard boiled egg


S-granola Bar


L-Baked potato with fat free cheese, FF sour cream and salsa


S-Low Fat Popcorn and Granola Bar


D-Roast Turkey and stuffing


W-one hour strength training with my personal trainer.  I was feeling very drained today, but at least I made it into the gym. 


how's everyone else doing?

B: small bagel and banana (4pts), sf kool-aid


L: Turkey & cheese sandwich on WW, red pear (3 pts)


S: apple (1 pt)


S - class: veggies!!! (0pts) 2 fun sized snickers (4pts)


D: chicken spagetti (7pts), 1 snackwell cookie (1pt)


S: strawberry shortcake w/choco syrup and FF cool whip (5)


E: 45 mins weights (1pt earned) 40 mins cardio (2 pts earned)

well, its friday but I guess I'll fess up. I didn't post yesterday casue I was embarassed.


B: coffee


L: ice cream cone. yes, that is right. BUT, to my defense it was fat free/sugar free ice cream and it was soooo hot out! (3 points)


D: pierogies sauteed with peppers and onion (5 points)


then got dragged out to hear a band and had 3 Harps (12 pt?) and a small McDonald's fries (5pt)


no workout
