Not for everyone, but I love F21 for quick (trendy) updates to my wardrobe.   I stopped by yesterday and got this:

In Navy (looks a lot better in person), $22.80:

PS - I tried these on too.  Didn't get'em, but I will later in the season. White skinny jeans $19.80  will be so cute with colorful tops or layered tanks, etc.

great buys, Vanessa!  thanks for sharing!  i love the navy top and the ruffled top, as well as the grey and white skinny jeans/pants.  i just bought some white skinny jeans at target today that i am about to go try on (i was in a hurry at the store).  they seem similar to those but with a longer leg.  i may get a couple of pairs of white skinny jeans b/c i like them so much and they're really versatile for spring/summer (maybe one cropped and one regular length, for example).  i should check the F21 ones out!

Love the ruffled navy top! I remember seeing it at the store and being temped to get it myself.

Can I ask how do those white skinny jeans fit? I know Forever 21's fits are all over the place, but some of their jeans have more stretch than others. Were they TTS or did you have to size down/up?

I bet that navy ruffle top would look cute with the white skinny jeans and gold gladiator sandals for a summer going out look. Oh and of course your new MJ bag for a pop of color :)

FP, that is exactly why I got the navy top!  So I can wear it with white skinny pants/jeans, sandals and either my MJ stam or this Kooba:

Boots - the jeans had quite a bit of stretch to them.  I had to go with 24s and I'm usually 25 in most denim. 
alb, if I had to guess - those white jeans have a 33" inseam based on how they fit me.  The model is wearing them cuffed and I bet you she's quite a bit taller than my 5'5.

The little grey jacket is really cute on.  I really need to create some outfits and post them on TS soon.

Thanks for the info, Vanessa. I've been wanting a pair of white skinnies since last year but hate the idea of investing a lot of $$ in something I know I'll get dirty. I'm going to have to check them out.

uggh - just posted a long reply to your post and it got deleted.  anyway, thanks for the info - they are def. not short then.  i tried on my target ones in a size 3 and can't decide if they fit or are too tight in the thigh area (i may post pics and ask you guys).  so i went to F21 to compare theirs but they didn't have any smaller than a 27.  the only ones i saw had grommets on the pockets - are these the ones you tried? 

oh and i also looked for the navy top (and the grey pants) but didn't find it in any color.  but i did come home with this:
