morning!

B: half a bagel with rf cream cheese, coffee with one creamer

S: one slice of deli turkey, one slice of roast beef

L: leftover spaghetii w/ chicken and greens

D: turkey burger w/ small fry

E: not sure yet, it's nice out, so may go for another walk.

B:  whole wheat english muffin w/marionberry jam, 2 morningstar sausage patties, coffee w/soymilk

L1:  carrot sticks; plain nonfat yogurt topped w/berries and fiber one

L2:  apple; cheese stick; flax chips

D:  Indian spiced cauliflower and potatoes, cucumber salad

E: Jillian Michaels 30-day shred workout (holy crap this kicked my ass!)

Here is my plan for today:

Brekky: Oatmeal & Coffee
Snack:  apple
Lunch:  Frozen entree (mmmm)
Snack:  banana
Dinner: MIL night so it's going to be SO hard!

Exercise: 45 treadmill

S: Suger free blended mocha from coffee bean ( yum!)
D: Low carb pita, garlic hummus , grilled chicken salad
