Morning!

Breakfast:
Banana Bread flavored Oatmeal - 3pts
1 Small Banana - 1pt
1 cup skim milk - 2pts

Lunch:
Progresso Roast Beef Soup (looks like Beef Veggie to me) - 1pt
Vitalicious Cornbread Muffin top - 1pt
1 cup grapes - 1pt
Yogurt - 2pts

Snack:
Weight Watchers String Cheese - 1pt

Dinner:
Lazy Chicken - 6pts
Steamed Veggies with Cheese - 1pt
Salad - 2pts

Exercise: 1 hour Weight Training

B: Fiber One oats and chocolate bar- 2 points

S: Raspberry yogurt- 2 points

L: Turkey and a little bit of ham and cheese with romaine lettuce and honey mustard in a whole wheat wrap and an orange- I calculated it to 5 points but I I'm going to say 6 because 5 doesn't seem enough

S: I have string cheese in the fridge but I don't think I'll eat it today.

D: I'm not sure yet... chicken with something.

E: Just walking the dog tonight. I planned on leaving work at 3:30 and stopping by the gym on the way home. I found out this morning that I have a meeting from 3-5. That doesn't give me enough time to go to the gym before class tonight. By the time class is over, my gym is closed (man I wish my 24 hour gym didn't close!).

L:  Leftover salmon patty over greens, handful grape tomatoes, apple

S:  String cheese

S2:  Handful flax chips

D:  Leftover portabella burger on pub bun, roasted beet and cucumber salad

S:  1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup berries, 1/4 cup fiber one cereal

E:  30 min. walk
