So I had my hopes up on these shoes.  They look so cute online and when I got to the store I realized they were just as cute in person.  I was smiling all the way until I tried them on.  They fit extremely funny.  Like the toe part is really long and I have pretty normal length toes and you could not even see them.  Sizing down did not help.  The sales lady said that nearly everyone she'd helped had not purchased the shoes for the exact reason.  Boy did Steve Madden screw up on this one!

Well that is a bummer to hear - I really liked those shoes and was planning to go and get them, but I guess I'll be rethinking that one!  Thanks for the review.

That happened to me too! At least I'm not crazy or have weird toes. They were really comfortable but that extra length at the peep bothered me.

i've had that exact problem with steve shoes before.  i keep seeing such cute styles on steve website then in the store they are even cuter but on my feet they look like ass.  i have long thin feet with thin toes. i can't belive how strange his shoes make my feet look.

Oh no! I knew you were hoping to wear those to that shower, so I am sorry to hear that. I do find that his shoes are totally hit or miss.
