help me decide which of these peeptoes to keep!

I like the toe opening better on the more expensive pair, but would prefer the buckle strap on the cheaper pair. Slingbacks always fall off my feet and I have better luck keeping them on with a buckle than I do with elastic (like on the $79 shoe.)

I think it will come down to how much toe cleavage you like.

All things being the same though, I'd go with the cheaper shoe and use the extra $$ for the top.

thanks boots! i'm leaning towards keeping the cheaper pair b/c i really want that top and am trying to stay on somewhat of a budget. your input on the buckle was helpful. while i prefer the look of the $79 ones, i feel like they are pretty similar and if the cheaper ones stay on better, that is a huge plus for me!

Keep the cheaper pair! The differences are aesthetically slight. Besides, you know you're getting an equal quality shoe (at least that's the premise since they are the same brand). If I were you I would totally keep the $39 pair and get the top!!! (I am also the world's biggest enabler) :)

keep the cheapies.
since they are slingbacks the buckle will be helpful because overtime they may stretch and you can tighten if need be.

Another vote for the cheapies. I had a similar thing happen a few years ago with a pair of shoes from White and Black that I found cheaper at Nordstrom. The only difference was suede vs. leather and down here I would do better with leather so I went with the cheapies and have been happy ever since.

I like the ones with the smaller toe opening. I don't like the buckle or toe opening of the others ones.

My bridesmaids are wearing the more expensive ones in pink. Have you tried them on? They keep complaining to me that they look weird on their feet bc the opening is so small. Apparently their toes don't go all the way down. Might be something to check.

I would probably keep the cheaper ones. Since they are so similar there is no need to pay $40 additional dollars.

I prefer a smaller toe opening, but it just depends on how they look on you. Either way, good deal for shoes you'll get a lot of wear out of. Very classic.

I'd lean towards the cheaper as long as they are comfortable.

Although sometimes it help to see the toes in the shoes!

Without seeing the shoes on actual feet, I think I prefer the ones with the smaller peep-toe

thanks again everyone. i did try them both on and took photos, but i was too embarassed to post them b/c i sort of need a pedicure!

i like the more expensive ones a little bit better but i decided to keep the cheaper ones to save the $40 and b/c they stay on better and were comfortable. also, the more expensive ones had a slight gap in the side of the shoe also, which looked a little odd and helped my decision.

Sounds like a good decision! I liked them both about equally from the pictures and it's always good to save money!
