It sounds like your friend is only listening to the advice she wants to hear.  She must have her reasons for wanting to stay with him.  What they are, I don't know.  I personally would not put up with that crap.  I have heard some women say "All men cheat" and I think it's pure bullsh*t.

my stupid ex boyfriend didn't *physically* cheat, he just told some other girl that he was still in love with her and thinks about her everyday.  i'm now single.  so yes.  it's a deal breaker.  and yes, i'm still bitter.

I'm sorry, tara t.  This must be such a difficult time for you.  I remember you writing about this, but I didn't know you made a decision.  You did the right thing though!  You will find someone so much better that wouldn't even so much as give a thought to his ex once he started dating you.
