L: Turkey sand on multi grain english muffin, cottage cheese.
S: Not sure. I forgot to bring something. I forget at least one thing each f'n day! Hopefully there's cashews or something in the vending machine.
D: Probably chicken breast and a salad.
S: Protein shake

E: P90X Pylometrics. I might die. I did the chest and back workout yesterday, which was about an hour of different push up and pull up variations and today I can't raise my arms above shoulder level. I hope it's worth it!

D: apparently something very small because I only have 290 cal left. But I love my mushroom soup when it's cold out *sighs*

Lunch: Grilled Fish and Brown Rice
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: half a grilled chicken, brown rice, asparagus wrap with a spicy sauce.

Exercise: 30 minutes plyos, 30 minute core work
